Why won't my discount code work?

Discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Automatic codes (used for special sales) will be applied by the system. Automatic codes and regular discount codes do not combine.

When will I get my products? 

Most orders takes 3-5 business days to process  (please note this time can be longer during peak seasons) and most items ship 7-10 business days via USPS mail. Please double check product pages as some items ship sooner than this, and we have a few that take longer to ship. 

At times there can be unforeseen issues outside of our control. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 45 days from your date of purchase.

We now offer shipping to Canada-but unable to deliver via USPS. Please note your products may take between 12-25 days to arrive. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered.

Many of our items will ship separately, so you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with unique tracking numbers. 

 

    How do I track my order?

    You will receive an order confirmation email, and then once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a tracking email with tracking info for your order.

    Many of your items will ship separately, and some items may arrive before others. Do not worry, your items are on their way! 

     

    Do you accept returns? 

    Please see our Refunds & Returns Page for details. 

     

    Can I wash the clothing? 

    Most of our clothing is machine washable. Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water and hang dry. If you must use a dryer please tumble dry on low.  Do not wash shoes or hair accessories. 

     

    Can I use the baby bedding?

    Please adhere to JPMA’s Safe Infant Bedding Practices. For more information about safe sleep, visit www.cpsc.gov 

     

    Where do you ship from?

    We are a USA based company. We partner with domestic and international manufacturers to bring you affordable, yet fashionable, clothing for your little ones. We try to note on the product page if something is being shipped to you from another country other than the USA, along with estimated shipping times.

    Do your items come from China?

    We do have some items that come from our partners in China. If there is an item that will be shipped from one of those partners it will be noted on the product page along with the estimated shipping times. 

     

      Does your clothing run true to size?

      Our items come from all different artists, so we do not have a universal sizing chart. Our items do run true to size unless otherwise noted in the product description.

      Do you sell/ship outside the USA?

      We finally have shipping available to our Canadian friends!
